Due to its very advantageous location, you have access to all the seasonal activities that the pretty village of Champéry has to offer, the Palladium and its sports complex, the Dent du Midi region as well as these multiple sports and cultural activities, the Portes du Soleil and its largest ski area in the world or Champéry and its delicious restaurants and mountain pastures. Summer and winter there is always something to do and discover in the region. This completely renovated and fully equipped Chalet offers 6 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 2 children (14 people maximum). It is composed as follows:A ground floor with two lounge areas, a television area and a fireplace area, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room with access to the terrace/garden, an office area for teleworking.On the first floor, we find 5 beautiful bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room (ensuite), a 2nd bedroom for children with single bed and possibility of adding another single bed, a 3rd double bedroom with shower room (ensuite), these last three bedrooms have balcony access with a view of the Dents du Midi; then a 4th double bedroom with shower room (ensuite) and finally a 5th bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (only for 2 children) with a separate shower room in the hallway.On the second and last floor, we have the Master Bedroom which alone makes the whole top floor, equipped with a a large bathtub and a walk-in shower, a King size bed with desk, a small tea area inside but also access to a private balcony.In the basement of the chalet: a shower room, a laundry room, a ski room with ski rack and boot heater as well as a large playroom.
