This delightful chalet is at its absolute best!
As soon as you enter, you can feel the special charisma that runs like a red thread through the entire house. Every area and every detail was designed with exquisite taste and a lot of love for beautiful living. Custom-made, local craftsmanship has been implemented perfectly and mixes happily with contemporary, simple design.
The view captures all local mountains – from the Wilder Kaiser mountains to the ”Kitzbueheler Horn” to the ”Hahnenkamm” area. Hiking and biking trails start on the doorstep, the nearest ski lift is only a few minutes’ drive away, as is the lake ”Schwarzsee” with the golf course of the same name.
A total of three bedrooms (one of which is very practically furnished with two bunk beds) and two bathrooms, an extra guest toilet, hallway with wardrobe, a library with a pull-out sofa bed, an open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances from Miele and others are spread over three floors Smeg, open fireplace and magnificent exposed roof truss made of old wood, utility, storage and building services rooms.
The interior fittings were made by well-known companies using high-quality materials, supplemented by international design such as lights from Occhio, and the entire area is heated by underfloor heating based on natural gas.
The garden is ingeniously laid out. The large pool is kept at a very pleasant temperature with an air heat pump – even all year round if required, the covered patio is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a dishwasher and radiant heaters, the small, rustic wooden house is ideal for a variety of uses. The selection and arrangement of the plants represents landscape architecture at its finest.
On the upper floor, the wide balcony also invites you to enjoy the outdoors.
Vehicles can be parked in the double carport and in the courtyard directly in front of the house, an e-charging station is already prepared.
What is there more kindly than the feeling between host and guest?
