Chalet Viveca

The chalet rises from the surrounding alpine meadows – on the sun-drenched southern slope opposite the center of Reith bei Kitzbühel. Accessed via the foyer, which is connected to the double garage and the integrated sports wardrobe. Two spacious suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, a separate guest WC, the sunny terrace in the front.

Chalet’s staircase, with its elaborate play of light and the lift, provide access to all other floors.
The open natural stone kitchen and the adjoining cosy dining area invite you to cook together on the upper floor. The spacious breakfast terrace next to the kitchen is surrounded by the forest and its lush green firs. Also, the master suite with a large bedroom, bathroom en suite and the private spa with sauna is located on the upper floor.

Cozy living area is situated on the top floor as a wide and open gallery above the kitchen and the dining area. The exposed roof truss, an open fireplace and an adjoining outdoor seating lounge are perfectly complemented by the generous glass fronts, which guarantee fantastic views over the village and the mountains.
