When high tech meets Kitzbühel charm, a chalet like this comes out. A sparkling clean, modern house with everything your heart desires. Starting with the location directly on the ski slope of the Seidlalm above Kitzbühel village. We move on to the GIRA control system for all systems up to the REVOX sound system in the rooms. You can also use your own iPhone® or internet radio.

The wellness area has a sauna with bio-light, a toilet, shower cabin with a rain shower, cold tub and side jets and a waterfall shower, in addition to the sunbathing area for four people. The gas fireplace warms the space. The chalet is completely heated with ecological geothermal heat through floor and wall heaters. This means that even the shower rooms have no “cold” walls, but are always comfortably warm.

Many DVD players and flat screens can be found throughout the property. You can even cut your own Christmas tree in the nearby forest, if you are visiting over the holidays.
