Chalet Averted View is a stand out luxury chalet in Courchevel 1850, offering state of the art luxury facilities in a traditional and contemporary environment. The chalet boasts 650m2 of living area spread over three floors.
On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms complete with it’s own en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Along from the bedroom you will find the pool area. In the pool area there is a Turkish bath, hot tub, lounge and bar area, home cinema and the large indoor swimming pool complete with swim jet and waterfall features.
The first floor is where you will find three large beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with a large bathroom and private dressing rooms. A large balcony can be enjoyed by all with panoramic view over the valley, the Vanoise mountains and the Bel Air Mountain.
The second floor is where you will enter Chalet Averted View. You are met with a large entrance hall that leads onto two large lounge areas with roaring fireplaces and large bay windows giving you stunning views over the valley and along the “Cospillot” piste. Also on the second floor is another of the large en-suite bedrooms. A cloakroom and guest toilet is also on this floor for your convenience. The kitchen is located here too where your private chef will prepare all of your delicious meals. A library is also at your disposal.
On the top floor of Chalet Averted View you will find the master bedroom offering spectacular views, a large balcony, large bathroom and spacious dressing room. The ski room is also location on the top floor of the chalet, here you can store all your equipment after a long day on the slopes, the ski room also features heated boot warmers. A lift runs throughout the property.
