Chalet Lapis

Chalet Lapis is a modern hideaway in a spectacular location opposite the Wilder Kaiser to the northwest and the Astberg to the west. Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the entrance to this wonderful chalet which leads to a luxurious master suite, together with a master bathroom and spacious walk-in-wardrobe. The master suite offers impressive views of the Wilder Kaiser, especially from the private terrace. There is another cosy suite right next to the master area.

Top Floor
Chalet Lapis large, glazed living and dining area on the top floor is kept in light grey tones. The huge panoramic balcony serves as an extension of the living space and the wide glass fronts can be opened entirely. The top floor offers plenty of opportunities to relax, celebrate and enjoy. There is also a modern travertine fireplace with clear monumental lines, an impressive library as well as a large natural stone show kitchen.

Basement
The large basement boasts luxurious guest suites, all with en-suite bathrooms. The home cinema and the winery with its tasteful lounge allows for a truly sublime living experience. There is a modern wellness area with a professional equipped home gym and another terrace that opens into the valley side with views of the surrounding mountains.
